I completely fell for the hype surrounding this product in the blogging world and made a cheeky little purchase about a month ago now.
I'm currently going through a bit of a face mask obsession but this by far, is my favourite in terms of how it works and what it aims to do.
Although my skin is rather troubled at the moment (I'm not sure why) I don't have particularly dry skin, which is really what this product is aimed towards. However, this does work perfectly at rehydrating my skin after a long flight and for that, Origins- you are amazing!
Every flight I do, I try to make sure that I drink at least 1.5 litres of water, but even that doesn't stop my skin from feeling dehydrated and dull the following morning.
As soon as I get in and remove my make up, I apply this and get to bed ready for this to work its magic.
In the directions, it says to use it twice a week or as desired, and I use this after days that I work, as they're the only days where my skin and body really needs super replenishment.
It works overnight and sinks into your skin through the hours to quench and moisturise intensively. Although you are supposed to apply this right before bed, that isn't very practical for me as I tend to find it a little awkward and don't want it on my pillow, so I leave it about an hour for it to sink it a little bit and then go to bed.
In the morning, my skin feels incredibly soft and hydrated. I really love it. There's no product left on my face in the morning, but if I do ever happen to have any, I just wipe it away when I cleanse.
Drink Up Intensive smells beautiful, it's by far my favourite smelling product I have ever used. It's a fruity, apricot, peachy scent that is absolutely mouthwateringly good. It actually reminds me of a delicious fruit smoothie.
This really is worth all the hype surrounding it and most definitely worth the £20 that it retails at.
I've been trying a few other face masks recently, and so will be sure to let you know my thoughts on them soon.
Have you tried Origins Drink Up Intensive? What are your thoughts?
