Laura Ashley Eau De Parfum- Green Meadow Prairie Verte

I was recently asked if I would like to try the new Laura Ashley fragrance and I literally jumped at the opportunity- I love Laura Ashley.
There stores are literally like a quaint, pretty little dream.

Laura Ashley has teamed up with perfume designer Azzi Glasser to create a collection of three perfumes.
I was sent Green Meadow Prairie Verte, which is one of three of the perfumes that will be launched today in the UK.
The other perfumes in the collection are Pink Petals and Floral Heart- even the names are a dream!

Green Meadow has a really strong floral scent and I feel that for me personally, this is definitely more of an older scent. It isn't what I would normally go for, however, I do really like the smell. I normally go for more sweet lighter fragrance whereas this is definitely of the stronger variety.

Azzi Glasser describes Green Meadow perfectly;
"Evoking memories of a Green Meadow with Wild Flowers, which take flight on a Green and White harmony of Birch leaves and Jasmin Absolute and develops its lasting fullness with a deep accord of Hot Amber and Skin Musks"

It really smells like and reminds me of the Green outside and the wild flower notes definitely come through in an instant.

The fragrance sticks around all day which is always a good thing with a perfume, however it doesn't stay as strong as when it is first applied. Personally, I prefer the scent after about an hour or so- it still smells pretty but it isn't half as strong as when its first sprayed.

In terms of how the product looks- its amazing. The bottle is absolutely divine, I really love it. It simple yet it looks so very luxurious and expensive. Who wouldn't want such a lovely little bottle on there dressing table?

Unfortunately, I'm yet to try the other two perfumes but I have been given Azzi Glassers descriptions of the two of them.
 Floral Heart- "A sensual explosion of the finest notes of Violet leaves and Plum which enter the mysterious floral heart of Rose de Mai, Magnolia Bloom and Tuberose absolute, all caressed by fragrant woods and magnetic Animalic musks"
Pink Petals- "A fresh floral composition which opens with light exotic Water Fruits that are entwined with a sultry pink heart of Rose absolute, Frangipani and Muguet that rest on a creamy, woody base of Musk Crystals, Sandalwood  and rich Oilbanum"

I'm especially intrigued to smell Pink Petals and once I have I will let you all know what I think.

The collection of the three perfumes is available now both online and in-store and will cost £36 for 50ml and £48 for 100ml. They are also available in a gift set for £48 which includes 30ml bottles of each.

Have you tried any of these perfumes and will you be taking a dreamy trip to Laura Ashley?
