Last night I was very kindly treated to go and see Viva Forever at the theatre with the girls and when going to see a show with the girls, of course, pre-show food and drinks are a must.
We wasn't really too sure where to eat, all having slightly different food tastes but we decided to use my trusty Peroni App, Vivi in Stile to find close by restaurants to suit us. I searched in the London category and was inundated with options from all over the restaurant spectrum. With being in the Soho area, we all decided on Spuntino, which the app described as having charm and homing strong cocktails and messy food. We were sold so followed the map to find the restaurant that was hidden away amongst some rather naughty shops!
Previously to last night, I had never heard of Spuntino, but I'm so glad that I used this iPhone app to find somewhere to eat, as the girls even said and I quote"ooh you've found a little gem here!"
It really was a really lovely, quirky restaurant and the staff were incredibly helpful. I opted to have the Truffled Egg Toast and Shoestring Fries, which the waiter who may I add made me the most amazing Elderflower Sour cocktail, recommended as one of their most popular dishes. It wasn't the usual type of meal I would go for, but it was great to try something new and I can certainly see why it's one of their most popular on the menu.
After finding the little gem which was Spuntino, the girls have now downloaded this app to their phones too for next time when we're struggling to find somewhere to eat, drink or shop!
